​​Autumn Warn Ridnell (Ulli) is a trauma-informed transformational coach, experiential wellness facilitator, and founder of Oasis Of Chi, a retreat center and healing sanctuary in Arizona. She is also a curator of bespoke, adventure/historical world travel specializing in Asia, Europe, Indonesia, and Thailand. Her background includes building and scaling multiple businesses from inception through growth into multi-million-dollar operations.

She holds executive education in Lifestyle and Wellness Coaching through Harvard Medical School, and is certified as a Trauma-Informed Life Coach through the Arizona Trauma Institute. Her work is grounded in evidence-based lifestyle medicine, nervous-system regulation, and ethical trauma-informed practice, while integrating somatic and experiential modalities that support deep personal insight and sustainable change.

With lived experience spanning extensive global humanitarian work, leadership and business development, and decades of immersive travel across more than 60 countries, Autumn brings a rare combination of intellectual rigor, embodied presence, and real-world wisdom. She specializes in supporting and guiding leaders, entrepreneurs, and high-preforming individuals who seek clarity, regulation, and meaningful transformation without bypassing the complexity of the human nervous system.

At Oasis Of Chi, Autumn designs and facilitates ground-breaking experiences in an environment where alchemy naturally occurs - spaces that blend neuroscience, embodiment, and nature so that individuals and groups can reconnect to remembrance of purpose, transmute old patterns, and step forward with integrity and authentic leadership. Autumn's work is known for transcending aesthetics - as she creates spaces that support human connection, emotional renewal, inspiration, and elevated transformation.

In addition to her academic and professional training, Autumn is an ordained Shamanic Minister, Reiki Master, and certified sound practitioner. She is experienced in holding sacred, ceremonial spaces and guiding practices that support reflection, coherence, and meaningful transition. This is interlaced with Autumn's decades of experience as a visionary designer (landscapes and interiors) and retreat builder where she brings a rare capacity to weave environment, sensory design, and intentional ritual into cohesive transformational experiences. Her work reflects an intuitive approach to space-holding - where architecture, nature, sound, and presence converge to create beauty, integration, and freedom.
